If you have a case
Once your case is evaluated, and you agree to retain counsel, a complaint will be filed on your behalf against the company that violated the law. Generally the litigation stage can take from 1 to 6 months and in some cases longer. Our team is dedicated to achieving fast and effective results. Sometimes a case can be settled in under 45 days. If the case is settled you will have to sign a release to end the case.
